MEDIATION DYNAMICS dispute resolution management training teaches the practical skills and techniques used by mediators to supervisors, human resource managers, customer service specialists, and other professionals who need to help resolve confrontations between emotional and potentially hostile people. We sometimes call this “Mediation Management.”
MEDIATION DYNAMICS training is practical, in-person training which focuses on what managers and their team members can actually do to help people solve their own problems. The goal is to allow the people in the dispute to solve the problem themselves without the moral-lowering feeling that the manager is imposing an authoritarian or arbitrary decision on them.
This type of dispute resolution management (Mediation Management) is more likely to result in a solution to the dispute which is more durable than an authoritarian ruling. Mediation Management is also more likely to avoid having disputes escalate into expensive and time consuming administrative or legal procedures.
