MEDIATION DYNAMICS

Fran Brochstein, J.D., shifted from litigation to mediation over 20 years ago. Since COVID, she mediates throughout Texas via Zoom. Fran is the president of the Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) and the first vice president of the Tarrant County Association of Mediators (TCAM). She is a Credentialed Distinguished Mediator with Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA). Fran is past president of the Association for Conflict Resolution – Houston Chapter and was one of the recipients of their 2018 Lifetime Achievement Awards. In 2017 she was named one of Houston Woman’s Magazine’s top 50 Houston Female Influences. Fran currently serves on the boards of the Highland Lakes Bar Association and the Marble Falls Rotary. She is a volunteer with the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
